I am playing in a game with two cheater and want to report them if I make a post in the cheater and abuse reports with the moderators read them there. By the way there names are ryltarakhenneld and lord dante

Yes, go to the Cheating & Abuse Forum and use the form at the top to report them. After that you will have to wait awhile because they usually investigate them all at once.

sometimes they don;t do anything though, depending on whether you are reporting a SA or multi-accounts

I looked at the game you are complaining about and I don't think they are cheating. I think your just suck at conquer club. That is just my opinion and I can guarantee that I will be the opinion of the moderators. Just because someone doesn't break up a bonus that you want them to doesn't mean they are cheating.
