deadbeat points?

Did something change? Because I thought that we got points from deadbeats. Thanks.

Yeah, once upon a time, it was acceptable to gain points off of people who joined/started a game and never came back to check up on said game... Some of us got quite a lot of points off of these situations. Why, in the first week of February I was ranked #7...
