Missing Turns

I find the ability to miss more than half of your turns to be a chicken shit strategy and should be fixed. (because you only get kicked if you miss 3 in a row now) I feel if you miss a turn you shouldnt get any armies because I'v been in a game for about a month and one guy keeps skipping his turn because he has around 5 armies on each boarded country in europe, except he is missing iceland. Since he has to many armies to be worth killing for his cards in a flat rate game, the other remaining guy and I continue to weaken each other, only for this jackass to start is turn with 9 armies and taking iceland, and only to see some territory in europe get taken away again. Thus the cycle continues. This ability to miss turns as long as its not 3 in a row is bullshit and ruins the game and drags it on for an unholy length of time. In chess and in a game similar in nearly ever detail to CC, you can't just pass your turn.
Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.

No extra armies for missed turns is on the to do list.
