Joeyjordison (now left the site I believe) once started up a scheme like this. Unfortunately, it peetered out. So, my advice is to play against good players and try to learn from them. Even better, get yourself a strong doubles partner

Edit: fastposted. Anyway, the advice in Alex's link is better than mine - wacicha is a great player and he taught some of the more experienced players a few lessons too
