It's too small to make out what the pic is. Looks like some guy wearing medieval armour that's too big for him? Not sure what the lettering says

100X100 pixels is pretty hard to do anything fancy with.

I think it's an attempt to get llama to come to forums and troll in response, since it was llama that was deliberately mentioned.
