#1 with 0% victory

i was just thinking it is really possible to become the highest ranked player without having won a single game.

the key is terminator games where you eliminate the most oponents but lose to the last standing player.

let's say you win 20 points / eliminated player. in a 6 player game you can eliminate 4 and then let the fifth one eliminate you. even though you got a profit of 60 points, the game is considered a loss even though you won the most points.

i know it's a useless thread but i think it's funny that at least in theory a player could be considered the best without having won a single game.

u forget 1 thing ....the more u win ..the less points u earn and the more points u lose so lets say

u eliminate 4 in a termi game u win 8-12 points of each and the last guy gets 55 points off u....then u r screwed!

i know about this that's why you need to play with people that have the same score or better than you.

It's highly theoretical, but it could work, wanna give it a try?

But if you always have to play with players ranked higher than you, how do you reach #1 ? :P

winning point of 4 players should compensate for the pointloss of the last.

Also, how, well take the top 5 players, start up a few 100 terminator games. Each game ending should have a different player win it. They top 5 would loose points about equal and give them to the high riser.

however, it can be construed that this is cheating, and besides, the top 5 would not go for it. its cutting their win percentage deeply, it takes away hardfaught points.

practical reasons its not going to happen

You just have to play games until your win percentage drops below 0.5% then it'll display 0 on the scoreboard I think. I'm assuming that numbers are rounded up or down depending on what's after the .
