As advised by CM, go here http://support.conquerclub.com/ and log a ticket, it will be quickly dealt with

This is unlikely to be a bug affecting only one member, it's more likely faulty logic in the membership renewal process. It shouldn't just be dealt with by fixing it for whoever points it out, it should be fixed in general.
