I. Members will NOT post any messages on any Public Forum, or in any Public Chat that reflect badly on xiGames. Nor any messages which contain the following :
The use of any vulgar, obscene, or explicit sexual content or Negative or Slanderous comments toward the xiGames Group, or any specific members within the xiGames Group, or any other Group or its members.
II. An Xi member can, as host, invite any players they wish. Preference should always be other Xi members.
III.Members will display a high level of Sportsmanship while playing in any game online.
* No Quitting
* No Whining
* No Teaming or Alliances
* Respect for all other players
* Follow the Host's Rules
* Play with Honor
IV. Members will NOT post Chat while playing a game which contain the following :
The use of any vulgar, obscene, or explicit sexual content or Negative or Slanderous comments toward the xiGames Group, or any specific members within the xiGames Group, or any other Group or its members, or any comments that reflect badly on xiGames Games or its members.
V. Members who require "turn-sitters" for a period they will be away, must enlist the services of other XI members, OR must put forth the user-name of their intended turn-sitter for approval before enacting the non-XI member's services. This is to the security and integrity of our XI private forum.
NOTE: Any violation of the above will be handled by the XI Games Moderator, and, if necessary, the XI Advisory Council.
VI. (Anti-poision-the-atmosphere-rule): Any "Heated Discussions" in the XI forum, should be held in, or transferred to the Rumpus Room thread. It should be considered an "Enter at your own Risk" thread.
All grievances to be aired privately between the members in question, not publicly, and if they can't work it out between themselves and need assistance, then (again privately) before the Xi Council, or the Gatekeeper.
Only if the authorities deem it necessary shall a grievance and/or outcome of same be aired publicly before the whole Xi group. Any Advisory Council member who is directly or indirectly involved with the conflict shall abstain from any vote of the Council, although may be heard by the Council. If such abstention results in an insufficient number of members to vote, then the parties shall select one or more impartial members to serve in the abstaining Council member's place.
Any member airing their laundry publicly before or after a ruling by the Advisory Council without approval by the Council or the Gatekeeper, shall be subject to suspension or ban from Xi Games." Punishment to be determined by Advisory Council and Gatekeeper.
VII. Recruitment for XI Membership (sponsoring and pledging) shall be conducted according to the guidelines laid down in XI Forum. After a minimum of 3 attempts at a victory in a recognized "pledge game", the sponsor will have the option of creating 1v1 games between him/herself and the pledge. This can continue until the pledge is successful in killing his sponsor.
