Neutral armies in two player game unbeatable?

Postby cecmarco on Thu May 31, 2007 8:02 am

I played a few two player games now. Did anybody notice that the neutral armies are very hard to beat? 15:3. 12:3 or even 21:3 and I still end up with nothing. I know how the dice work but still! Anyway I’m just curious if somebody has the same experience!

Nope, I had just the opposite my first game. I kept beating them without losing anything.

In Risk the neutrals get reinforcements (placed alternately by the two players)

I have never played that way.

Why are you guys attacking these neutrals? I make it a point NEVER to attack neutrals in a two man game. I am only making myself weaker for my enemy to beat me if I do. I know there are exceptions to this rule but you guys sound like you are out to get them

I have never found that beating neutrals was too hard, I have worst experience taking on my opponents...

But really, Neutrals are a HUGE bonus when you know how to use them to your advantage.
