QUESTION: can I get spoils if i bombard a space?

I used to be able to get spoils if I bombarded a space and annihilated the troops there, even if they were neutral troops. is that still possible? please let me know. appreciate any help. thanks! :?: :?: :?:

yes. you still get spoils if you successfully bombard a territory.

You can even bombard the same place every turn and get spoils each time. For example, Feudal war, you leave one tert 2 spaces from the castle neutral. Then every turn you bombard from the castle. Keeping a neutral to bombard can be helpful on many different maps.
