Why is it that only the winner can use the REMATCH button once a game concludes? Don't you think it should be available for all the players?

That's odd. It used to be available to all the players. Don't know what happened there.

Probably not an intentional policy change. I'm suspecting this was an accidental victim of some UI changes.

It also used to be available during the game, now you have to wait until the game has ended and refresh the page for it to show, that's annoying (for instance if you're eliminated and you want to start a new game with the same map and settings).
