E ticket Security Code

Apologies if I missed it, but I have looked for the answer.

When I attempt to submit an E ticket I get an error message " Error: You have provided an invalid security code "
I have clicked on the e ticket help link but that does not take you to a site to get the answer.

Any sugestions out there?
