Map is gone..numbers (troops) are on there

ALL of us are having the problem that the map is gone in 1 certain game and we all tried to move by memory and the number proximity to other players.

This is the ONLY game I am playing that is doing it...my other games did it for a minute but the map showed up. Again, this is all of us in the game. Of course we have rebooted etc. any suggestions?
