Who has the better dice?

This is the thread where all the CC superstitions are discussed... I've heard that premiuns had a special dice package (I never got mine though...), that CC atributes better dice to higher rank players... or to lower rank players. Please feel free to express your certainties about who is more favored by the dice.

My answer...

Cooks: No other player in this game (Game 13112097) would EVER take 3 territs in the first turn, losing 1 troop only... In fact, no one would either be interested, but it doesn't matter now.

This should have been great among the ranks of the dice bitching threads, but it got overlooked with so much competition.
