Unexpected Site Issues

Postby TeeGee on Fri May 24, 2013 9:49 am

Hi everyone

On behalf of Conquer Club I would like to apologise (or apologize) to you all for the site problems experienced over the last hour or so.
I have been speaking with one of our programmers and they have found the issue and are working to rectify it. Everything is looking good at the moment however there may be continuing issues with the BoB script for users that have BoB. If you experience difficulties please turn BoB off and try again.

Time will also be added to the game clock.

Again, I apologise for the recent events and hope we can all continue to enjoy this great site

When you say time will be added to clock, what happens to those unfortunate enough to be in the middle of rounds when timeouts occurred and ran out of time?

Hi stuboy

I am not in a position to say or do anything on that, I will bring it up with a site admin and get an answer for you, but unfortunately I think there won't be anything that can be done to fix that

It looks as though a number of third party scripts are not functioning correctly at the moment. The site programmers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. The site itself is working fine.

Thanks for staying on top of it, TeeGee.

Just as I made a kill , I was timed out , so not able to recash. I am now showing 6 cards in an ongoing game , has this happened before and will my card count reset before my next turn ?

I don't think cards will reset on you... situations arise where a deadbeat with cards is kicked and a teammate is given their cards and starts their turn with more than 5. So the programming must be prepared to handle that, not automatically reset anything.
