Few Questions...

Postby princess553311 on Tue May 08, 2007 8:33 pm

How do you play cards mid-turn? I've seen people play sets mid-turn after conquering someone.

Also, If someone deadbeats in a terminator game, can you conquer them for points?

If, after killing someone mid-turn, you have 5+ more cards in your hand, you may "cash" them, until you cannot cash anymore..

Must actually, may is a little bit like asking someone if they want to hand you their purse at gun point. It isn't really a choice.

Like stated, if you finish up a player and end up with 5+ cards, you HAVE to play them before doing anything else.

Quick answer...yes. But if you finish up the other players first, the game end without the deadbeater beeing beaten.

Actually, you can choose to run out of time on your turn and start the next round with 6+ cards.

I assume this is for escalating card games. I see no real point in holding cards if it's flat rate.

So in your analogy - you do nothing and the police arrive within the hour?!

I was thinking more of like you argue with the guy for an hour and then he later shoots you for being a cheap bastard.

I know I'd gang up on whoever choose to delay their turn in like that for escalating, or even flat rate really.

Ok, let me verify my own post..
If you have 5+ cards, you need to cash down to less than 4.
Better, yes, thanks, i know, i suck, but deal with it :)

anyways, the reason you don't get points if someone deadbeats in a terminator game, is because you have not eliminated them yet.
If you eliminate them, after they have deadbeated, then they are still considered a person, and you get their points ;)

Hope the helps, and AK, glad we're on the same page

Yeah, I did it once with 9 cards. But just as a test, not in a real game.

Knowing that you were holding 9 cards could tend to intimidate some opponents from attacking you.
