non crossing border

can you attack across a non crossing border?

Nope! That's what non-crossing means!

There are also 1-way borders, where you can attack from country A to country B, but not the other way around. Watch for one-way arrows on maps. (There are none on the Brazil map you're playing on, though, so don't worry about them there)

just like to say congrats on a sensible and helpful reply. a lot of people would have not answered and just been unhelpful but i'm glad to see some1 does the rite thing
