Can't join game

Went to join this dubs game with a friend but the opposition has foed me. I will be playing against him in a different team, why can"t I join?

If its tourney or clan games foed lists are ignored. Maybe that's it?

And, he can still join your games.

And, other games may have started before he foed you.
