Terminator on Baseball map

I am playing a Terminator game on the baseball map Game 10789426. A player holds one of the home run territories. To terminate the player do I have to also conquer the home run territory as well? According to the map if a player holds only the home run territory then they are out of the game. So if I conquer all of the players other territories then is that player terminated?

Yes, that player will be out of the game.

However, I'm not sure if you get the points then or if the game winner gets the points. I think it would be you.

I'm positive the 1 who eliminates the remaining regions gets the points, since in Middle Ages when you take someones last castle you get their Spoils, so it should be the same here. Would be strange if you do get the Spoils but not the Points.

2012-03-19 23:34:34 - BiggsHancock gained 11 points

So you indeed get someones points if you take all their regions except Home Runs
