How to Screenshot into Post with Apple Mac ??

Could anyone help me please?

I wold like to add a screenshot into my Post,

Im windows experienced, but with apple i have no idea ( except switching on and off).

I have now a screenshot on my desktop, how do i get that picture into the post?

usually you need to host it before you can post it, i think.
it that is the case open a free account with flickr or something like that, uploads it and link to it. done

tinypic.com is quick for uploading random images, no account needed and gives you the embed code straight away..
