Can I have the power to lock threads?

To be honest I didn't really search to see if anyone else asked if I could. I'm pretty sure they didn't, link it if they did.

yup, no relevance in questions and answers about how to play CC. Might be suitable for the cheating and abuse forum, but not Q&A. However, if you want me to unlock it, just tell me so. I lock something if i feel it has potential of spinning out of control, but I am perfectly willing to see where it stands once the dust settles down and come back on that call. Just give me a reason.
