I'm just going to go ahead and get it started up soonish its not a big hassle at this point if I get knocked back. Its pretty much a case of "copy and paste" for me.

There are some reservations against your proposal, but then there are those who see no harm in it. I think you can go ahead and set it up. For now it looks like there will be no official backing nor withholding of support.
