Dice Stats

Hi,
I don't really get how these dice stats work.
Under the heading Recent dice rolls (5 battles) I see two different percentages for assault (+7% but also -25%)
The same goes for Overal dice rolls. What is the difference between the left and the right stats?
A little more explanation would be useful.

The left one is dice you threw against opponent(s), the right one is dice opponent(s) threw against you.

So if you attack an opponent 666 vs 11, then 3 sixes are added to your assault (left), and 2 ones are added to your opponent's defence dice (right).
