Nuclear spoils, all the spoils

Are spoils "exclusive"? If I hold a spoil with name "Name1", can anyone else have the same spoil with the same name?
I mean in Nuclear battles, If i hold a card and stack all my troops on that territory, it can or it can not happen that someone kills it with a spoil?

It's ONLY possible in small map like doodle earth, if 5*(number of player) > (number of territories)

What about big maps. There is a system in place which gives cards out, and know which can't be given, or it is always random and even on big map it is possible that all players get the same card?

If the number of possible spoils all players can hold is less than the number of regions on a map, there will be no repeats. For instance, in a 8 player game on say World 2.1, there are no repeat spoils. Once cashed in, the spoil goes back into the 'deck.'

However, if there are less regions than the number of spoils all players can hold, such as on Doodle Earth, there is the possibility of someone having a repeat spoils (perhaps a different color though).

On small maps like in the situation described above, the only spoils you can never receive as repeat spoils are those that are currently in your hand.

I think that covers the nuances of small map spoils...
