I'm renewing my Premium membership

I'm not sure why half of the forum users decided to become whining assholes, but I still like this place. So what Lack is trying to make some more money, so what there is no innovative update. I'm here to play the game and I'm still able to do that, not 1 Conquer Credit will stop me from doing that. So I'm renewing, that's for sure. Everything that Premium promises me, I get. It doesn't say anything about customer service or innovative updates, so I don't expect it.

I wonder why the lot of you are mad about something that really isn't that big of a deal. Sure, some guy made a thread saying it might've been a big deal, but aren't we used to things being blown up all the time. Let's all relax and play a game. Isn't that what we came on this site for in the first place? Guess what, we can still do that.

Customer service is implied. How'd you like it if you had no way to contest an allegation of cheating? Or if there was no way to moderate the user experience? Nearly all of the experience on the site is dictated by user content, so no, it is not too much to ask that the site honor their part of the give and take in improving the site experience. It's not being a whiny asshole, unless you'd like to give a collective "f*ck you, quit whining so god damn much" to the Suggestions forum.

Oh, and about your renewal of premium. BFD.

customer service quality is subjective. also, they do a good job keeping the environment of the game fair (no cheaters) which is way more than can be said of... shit, well, anything else in the world.
