Turn in cards mid-turn

If you take someone out during a turn and then have 5 cards, are you required to turn in the match?

If not, one would end the turn with 6 cards which I am thinking may not be allowed.

If you kill someone, and the total amount of cards you hold is 5 or more, you MUST cash.
