why the lag

Why the lag all of a sudden ? the past few days , lots of lag in the map foundry jumping from map thread to map thread , also lags in games in between rolls and advancing men.. Not my computers .. Lags on laptop as well as two home computers located in different homes ..

its this condescending attitude that conquerclub membership has fallen off... The lags are exactly the same as when i first joined this site... And instead of offering insight to the problem it was moved to GD... there is nothing general about this , it is a bug or something to that affect ....

GD has a special thread here for lag reports and I assume this thread will be merged into it and author will get notified that his thread has been merged. Any particular part you would have done different?
