Team Terminator

I was thinking it would be nice to have team terminator, well doubles anyway.

8 players, with each double getting points as they terminate the other teams.

Thoughts?
HAs it been done/suggested/rejected why?

What happens when a team terminates a single member of a diffent team? ie your team doesn't terminate both players but just one and another team terminates the second player? Or do you mean if it plays like the current terminator and your team eliminates one player and you share the points?

More elaboration?
