missing a go.. fed up..!!

Postby biomansalisbury on Sun Oct 09, 2011 12:08 am

guys not been on here too long and love it..!!

now i know not everyone misses there go intentionally but i seem to have played alot of games where guys miss there turn and then use there double lot of troops to attack, when they were not in a position the turn before. Is there no way this can be fixed somehow, maybe missing a turn you only recive 50% of troops due, rounding down.
just a thought....

If you want to make a suggestion about this, it should go in the suggestion forum.

I agree with your frustration about people missing turns. Especially if they are doing it on purpose. I don't think that most people would miss a turn on purpose though.

Also, you don't get to attack with double troops. After a missed turn, you get to play a normal turn and then, at the end of your turn, you get to deploy the troops that you missed. End of turn. No more attacking.

yup.
there are e few situations where this is unfai though. no spoils/high roll esc teamgames (where the remaining player inherits all territs and troops) and no spoils games where waiting a turn and then being able to drop 3 on defense for a bonus can swing the game.
however, regularly deadbeating for strategy purposes is not allowed.

in teamgames the deadbeat army's just have to get neutral same as in normal games.
Then all problems will be solved.

sirously, so you propose that team 1 with the deadbet no anly misses out on 3 turns of his troops but also now has to fight in his own? seriously??

Why do so many people think that missing turns benefits their opponents, and then complain about it?

as i mention ive not been here too long but maybe its something that could be looked at possibly.

maybe if you miss a turn you just get 50% of your troops on the next go... thats fair enough eh...

what you should do is read up on what has been queried, suggested and discussed at length before you post here.

most of the questions you have will have already been asked by someone else.
