Maybe this is a stupid question, but can you confirm me if the interrogation point (?) in a map means that that territory is not conquer?? or can be conquered already and i am not able to know who has it??

Ahoy toryan,

It sounds like you are playing Fog of War. Any [?] on the map means that it is not adjacent / eligible to be assaulted by you for this turn, because you do not have a direct route to do so. So the region / territory can be conquered, if an opponent has a region adjacent to (or allowable via some connected like a long distance assault or something specified by the map XML and described in the map legend). If gets conquered, you may not know who owns it, if you don't have any region / territory near by or connected that can allow you to peer into the area.
