PM a group of people

I was wandering if it were possible to send a pm to a selected "group" of recipients..

I had a little scan around and could not find anything.

The SOC can do it, but that's the only thing I can think of

It would lead to abuse, so I don't think you are allowed to (and I can't do it either afaik). But the admins can, and probably some other people.
