Do I spam acronyms at people in games and pretend like it's cordial? Do I try to call people out as having lost and tell them to quit? Do I farm for points and ratings and mock those who don't play for a rank? You should learn how to act, lot of this behavior really would not fly at all in real life, you'd get a black eye pretty quick.

Ok boys and girls, this is getting lame and rather boring. General consensus, dumbdumb or whatever he/she/its name is that started this thread is a crying, rude, ignorant noob. So FAMO(dopedope this is an acronym a word I see you have only recently learnt, given your obsession over it) - Foe and move on(again dogdo or whatever your username is, am going the extra mile and spelling things out for you)

Let this thread fade into obscurity like the dill that started it.

If it wasn't for the semi literacy of the posts, and attempted intellectual elitism(chess playing rates high in this bullied 16yr old virgins spank bank) would think that a player with 24 for a suffix has made a multi.

Don't feed the troll. He/she/it will only write acronym another 15times, or cry about players using acronyms.

If you look at actual games played in actual Championship play, you will see that 90% of them end in a resignation. Serious players don't want to waste their time dragging it out to the bitter end. Once they can see that they've lost they resign and move on to the next game.

It would probably be rude to suggest to someone that they should resign, but serious players don't need to be told. They know when it's logically over.

Dibbun wrote:First, in chess games, victory is very rarely assured. The avoidance of defeat may certainly be assured, but often there are ways to force a stalemate, even when your opponent has not lost a single piece.

Only among novices. A good player is not going to let you turn a loss into a stalemate. If you make an error and don't have enough common sense to resign, he will simply continue exploiting your error step by step until the end.

good old, gd.... how i've missed thee. I feel you, by the way OP (that's an acronym for Original Poster, I didn't want to butcher your name). I always fight to the end, just like William Wallace did in Braveheart. Yeah, you end up looking like a jackass, but it's the most valiant thing to do.

But I don't understand what the f*ck you're talking about in chess... dudes be quitting all day. Especially when they gotta play a series or something.
