I really don't like to disclose the content of PM's but this was part of the response i received from a member of the C&A team. They are welcome to come forward if they wish, but i will not be disclosing that information.

To me this is very telling of the situation i find myself in, because i said i was going to "legally point dump" (because people don't seem to understand what this means to me, i define this as playing games that you know you will lose points playing in the long run) instead of saying i was going to just switch the types of games i was playing, I was given this warning.

Well, it is cool that you somewhat helped bring attention to the point dumping issue. I think its been an interesting discussion, and in general, I really dont think any time should have put into your case, when as I showed, we have an entire page of point dumpers, and have always had pages of point dumpers which are allowed to continue with no efforts of management to stop unless someone makes individual cases out of them, which is kind of ridiculous.

What is unfortunate, is you really did a sloppy job of making your point, and since you were essentially only warned, meaning...be careful about what you're doing because it seems like you might be breaking the rules...it really is hard to defend that there was absolutely no reason for the warning. Again, I fully defend your right to choose your games, regardless of your score, but given some of your statements, and the manner in which you played some of the games, it simply makes it impossible to say a warning was completely unwarranted, because honestly, you were openly pushing the limits, and more importantly, did a sloppy job of it. I think it was a complete waste of time to pursue it, but realistically, given the full situation, its not really that surprising.

I do think it highlighted for everyone, the issues of game choice, real point dumping, and I think many learned from it. Its very obvious most everyone, is very passionate about protecting rights to choose games, regardless of potential damage to score. However, many are also passionate about not purposefully losing games, and unfortunately that is a complicated issue, and always will be, and you strayed too close to the line, and in my personal opinion, foolishly so. I wish you did a slightly better job of it, but its very possible had you done a better job of it, its very possible you wouldnt have been warned in the first place....but thats conjecture at this point.

To be honest i wish i could believe that there was a way i could do this in which i would not receive a warning. That said i received an unofficial warning from KA when I had only played Assdoodles and 1 vs 1 sequential city mogul. We all know assdoodles are a crapshoot and had won every single one of the city mogul games i went first in. Then i decided if i was going to be playing 1 vs 1 games i mind as well make progress towards my medals. CC's selective rulings are what really kill me though...there are way more obvious cases of game throwing out there...i have provided examples of 2 in this thread that go unpunished even when i reported them, but because i draw attention they go and do all the research themselves to find what is skeptical evidence at best and give me a warning. What is even more disappointing to me is the way they handled the entire situation.

1) initial warning received contained 0 game numbers
2) I have received one response from admin the entire case and it was only to provide evidence that should have already been given
3) the simple fact that some of those games are so obviously not game throwing its funny
4) how skeptical the evidence in my case is compared to others that they let go unpunished
5) that they are still trying to say there is no such thing as legally point dumping or that because i said that it somehow means i threw games. I dont see how the 2 are related when you look at how i define legally point dumping.
6) that part of the initial evidence they provide, the pm to jefjef, contains me saying i am going to play to win ever game but they somehow still see that as evidence for game throwing.

Again, I think it was pointless to investigate you for point dumping and think it was biased and a complete waste of time given the rampant point dumping and game throwing that is allowed and has been ignored and allowed for years. However, you did a sloppy job of it, and absolutely did make it suspicious looking, which you absolutely could and for your own benefit, should have avoided.

I'm not suggesting it is your responsibility to make it less suspicious looking...only that you should have because it simply would have made it easier to defend. Further, without the conversations, and the few games that could be viewed suspiciously, it cant be known if you ever would have been warned in the first place. Either way, it really was just a warning that you looked like you were breaking the rules, and that warning was meant to keep you from continuing on a path that would possibly lead to punishment beyond a warning.

And with that final flourish, Inspector Fitz hangs up his trench coat, and sits down, naked, in his fireside lounge chair.

He gentle strokes his pussy, Private Parts.

"Another job well done", Fitz sighs, weary but happy, safe in the knowledge that CC was momentarily a slightly cleaner place due to his earnest Inspections and subsequent Reports, dutifully filed to the appropriate Forums.

"CC Life sure is tough Private Parts", he mumbles.

In his tiredness, he falls asleep and a trace of drool appears at his lips.

Private Parts meows.

The fire steadily grows.
