I looked at the game and it looks like you have a number of new players playing their own ways. You can't fault them for being foolish. Only one of them is the fool. One is playing the other like a juice harp (I don't know what that is). I am not sure they know which one is the fool and which is the master mind. they both feel that they have the game under control, and blue has taken efforts to keep your cards to himself. Not sure it will work in the long run, but it should be interesting to see how it plays out for you.

Nice to meet you solider. I know how much it sucks to be in games where people can't see the advantage right in front of their face, but it happens less and less the longer you play here. Most games I am in have no treaties, because we all know who needs to be attacked, and how much we can do to support the balance of the game while trying to tip the odds in our favor.

You seem like a nice guy and I hope to play you sometime. If you are interested PM me.

Thank you very much for your help! It's encouraging to know that not many games are like this and being a long time risk fan, I know most about game ballance etc. I think it is lame how ppl have to make treatys and I can't say which one, but one dude is totally getting played in this game. Anyways thanks I will pm you for a game in the future =]

As a general proposition no.

Typically alliances arise between weaker players against a stronger or strongest player.

From the game log it's hard to tell if you were one of the weaker players though. You had captured and held Australia since round 2 I think.

One of the other players had just acquired Africa when the treaty was announced.

I can see how you might think it was unsporting. Especially the comment where the treaty is apparently extended to the point where you would be eliminated.

However, the game is not over by any means.

Why don't you see how the rest of it goes and if you still feel strongly it was unsportsmanlike conduct then a negative feedback is appropriate emphasizing the contention that you were not the strongest player at the time the treaty started and your feeling that it was carried on too long.

It's difficult to tell without reconstructing the whole game exactly who was the strongest player at the time the treaty started. Because of the continent bonus it's hard to believe you weren't one of the two strongest players at the time.

It's up to you, but I imagine other people will have the same difficulty I'm having deciding if it was fair or not.

It's not an egregious case, where you're going to have a clear majority believe that it was unsportsmanlike.

But you should do as you believe is proper.

The best revenge of course would be to come back and win the game.
Cheers,
