Since we seem to be facing a Stalinesque spam purge, and i don't want to unknowingly step over the line, i need to understand once and for all - what exactly are the legal definitions and limitations that would clearly show us all when we are or are not "spamming".

I'm still trying to get a clear definition of spam. I don't see that much difference between hecter and Vincent's posts and the rest of you. WTF? PS - at this point it looks like public opinion is pro-spam.
