Some questions about "Cheating & Abuse" rules and terms

I was so sleepless ( ) and was browsing around the forums and got some questions about "Cheating & Abuse" rules and terms.

1. First of all I wanted to know what does any of "Busted, Warned, Blocked, Noted and if there is any other terms" mean?

2. They are punishment for what? I mean what are the rules that if broken, then player gets busted and what are the rules that if broken then player gets warned and etc ...?

3. What does "OP" means?

4. Is writing on each other walls considered as secret diplomacy? Look at these 2 guys for example: fnmomo and thelolosu, is that considered a secret diplomacy?

5. Is leaving 1.1.1 ratings for no reason considered as rating abuse? What if a player has a bad game play or has a bad attitude but some one leaves all 1s for that player not only for the one that the player were bad at it, is this rating abuse too?

Busted ,means spotted as a cheater by a designated hunter. This may be in error, but that’s why there is an appeal process. Warned, means you did something you were not supposed to do, and now you are getting an ‘official’ warning for it, this will stay on your record. Noted, when there has been a single case, and somebody complains, but it is deemed to be neither warned nor busted nor blocked material, then it gets noted, basically everything else. This can be use in future reference to show a certain pattern of behaviour.

2. They are punishment for what? I mean what are the rules that if broken, then player gets busted and what are the rules that if broken then player gets warned and etc ...?

There are several rules that can be broken, but in truth it comes down to only one. Do not make this place worse by your behaviour and actions. So multiing, language abuse, trolling ect ect can all be traced to making the site unpleasant. This is my personal interpretation anyways. Also, Busted is a penalty for having a multi online, the other punishments can apply to forum behaviour, live chat behaviour and game behaviour

3. What does "OP" means?

OP= Original Poster, the first guy/gal to who started the thread.

Yes, ALL diplomatic chattering should be done in the game chat. If this has not been reported before (use search) then please do so now in the C&A (cheatings and Abuse forum.

Rating abuse, is the systematicly leaving of certain ratings. A single 1,1,1, therefore does not a ratingabuse make. There is great leniency in the ratings you may give, since they are an expression of your personal feelings about the game and player. However, be warned, should you give a 1,1,1 those players do tend to foe you as a concequence. The majority of the players give out 5,5,5, if nothing bad happened in a game. Both are extremes, but the latter is more accepted then the 1’s.

Busted means got caught having multiple accounts. Premium membership is stripped for first time offenses while free members can't join new games if they had multiple accounts. Members can buy back once or occasionally twice before they get permanently banned for every new account they create.

Blocked means two or more players can no longer play in the same game with each other due to breaking the rule on secret diplomacy. Repeat offenses could result in a loss of premium membership and/or a website ban.

Warned means the person broke a rule other than Rules #1 or #2 and the violation was not steep enough to warrant an immediate ban (like point dumping).

Noted means the complaint has been recorded but the specific incident did not have enough evidence or was not egregious enough to warrant a punishment. Notes are usually used to determine a pattern if future similar accusations are made. Notes can also be used to mark which members are family members who may use the same computer.
