if you refer to the forum mentioning the birthdays of players who have been busted as multi's, then its because there is a devide between the forum and the game. You can be banned from the game, but still have acces to the forums.. its how its set up..

I think he want's to know why the forum says that it is someones birthday after they were found guilty of cheating.. Though I assume it is because it is coded into the forum, and unchangeable... Also it really doesn't impact anything..
