Scoreboard and inactive players

Why are there people on the scoreboard that have not played a game in forever? Shouldn't they just disappear after not playing for a given amount of time?

they disappear after a month of not being in an active game or not taking a turn or something like that (but it's definitely a month)

Correct, they have had to play their last TURN at least a month ago. It depends on when the games are archived, usually in time, but a month later you are off the boards.

IC and how come mc05025 is a Major at 2666 points and CubColtPacer is a LT at 2721 points?

because to meet rank requirement you need not only have a certain amount of points, but also played a certain amount of games.
