I'm just wondering, is it possible to conquer Britain from someone who is holding Britain? Because the Launch Areas can't conquer those regions, right?

If you don't have any troops in brittain, you will never get any troops in brittain. The best you can do is turning them all neutral through bombardment via the launch areas.

michel are right, britain are never conquer in wwII, only whas object for intensive bombardment. If you start in britain,you can defend by deploy troops on britain, and you can invade France in normandy.
If you not start in britain,you can eliminate britain out of game , bombarding from belgium-nedherland-germany all 3 british territory.
