help in 8 man tag teams

basically why I dont play 8 man no spoils... I always get teamed up on.

Do I start too fast?
What do I do at this point? threaten them (which I usually try, doesnt work) that Ill attack all out the first that hits me?

Seriously... you have suggestions please help.
I think I could be good at no spoils but I get teamed up on like 50% of the time I play them.

You seem to be ok, and know that the general strategy for these types of games are to wait until you can eliminate a player and take his cards to cash. The 'to cash' is very important - you don't want to end your turn without having a little bit more troops than you began with because then you'd have done someone else's dirty work.

Get your diplomacy in first - agree a border with one nieghbour early on, round 2 or 3
