What's up with the logo?

When I logged on today I noticed that up at the top of the web pages where you normally would have CONQUER (club symbol) CLUB, the symbol was gone and in its place was something that vaguely reminds me of a flower petal with a bullet hole in it.

I think it's supposed to represent a bullet/shell, although, I'm not particularly sure.
