Action: "Choose a group of 3 spoils to hand in." Bugged?

Hi im on my 4th or 5th go and im getting the message "Choose a group of 3 spoils to hand in." The thing is, i only have 2 spoils so this is impossible i try to select three and two and all sorts of combinations but each time i just get an error: 'Illegal group!' There was a 'Later' button when this happened on a previous go that allowed me to continue with my go but not this time.

Please help because i can't take my go and I was owning this n00b

Game 7764488?. then you have 5 spoils and you should select 3. you can choose 3 spoils of the same colour, or 3 spoils with each a different colour, in flat rate this is called a rainbow or mixed set.
