what's up with the chat function? freedom of speech being criminally imposed upon in there

1. CC is a private entity not bound by the U.S. Constitution
2. Freedom of speech does not mean unrestricted speech.
3. You have the right to freely assemble in a private user group and say whatever you'd like.
