BOB and Clickies

Postby Commander9 on Wed Sep 29, 2010 12:08 am

Hear ye, hear ye.

Dear Gurus of CC,

I've been using both of these wonderful scripts for a while now, but there's just one little annoyance that is eating me alive (well, just a bit). Whenever both BOB and Clickies are on and you take a territory (either advance or not), the browser automatically scrolls down and in order to continue your righteous crusades, you have to scroll up. Then you rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. By any chance anyone knows a way to avoid this without turning BOB off?

Thanks in advance.

C9.

this has already been answered i think in a different thread. but the solution is to either turn auto-bob off and activate the CM option called "appearance : action menu : " change that value to floating. NOTE: you will only see this if BOB is off. I use that. I have also heard that turning on HUD in BOB does the same thing, but i havent tried it so I wouldn't personally know.

Yes, that was stated in the original post. What I was trying to find out whether it's possible to keep both of them on and not experience the problem :)

Thanks for the response, tho. (I will try the HUD thing and will report whether it's working)

Ya, I asked this before. It works and I only had one bug randomly at one point, but it was easy to fix.

My understanding was that after changing that setting, BOB could safely be turned on again.
