Are you really this dense?

Suppose I had amazing luck and was able to knock him down to 4 with minimal losses, then what? All I've done is equalize the game, which essentially makes his first turn the first turn of the game. Even if I achieved that without losing a single troop, he still only has to knock out 3 troops with 7 to regain either bonus - giving him a key advantage.

I wish there was a to recreate this game, so you and I could play and see how many tries it took you to actually pull off a victory from my same position. 1/100

Going first means nothing. I barely even broke his bonus of 4, still leaving the 2. Second turn I couldn't break either. You're pretty stuck on the first turn but a drop like that isn't about first turn its about making it nearly impossible to gain an advantage at any point in the game.

You're right. Having a 56% chance to reduce the guy to a deploy SMALLER than the one you got is absolutely irrelevant.

There's a reason Timm is the rank he is and you're the rank you are. I'd trust his analysis (and agree with it). Sure it sucks, but at least you got to go first and had over a 50% chance to break both.
