Pay Pal???

I am trying to purchase a membership but it seems the Pay Pal page isn't working right...well for me anyway. Anyone else trying to buy one today and it not work? Or is it just me? I've used my Pay Pal account a number of times before, this is the first time I have had trouble.

yeah...I just used it 2 days ago to buy something from Amazon...thus my reason for being perplexed

*edit* it works on the actual Pay Pal site
