Thats funny.I was a bit worried last year because I had my laptop stolen with all the PW's saved for email accounts etc.Potentially they had access to everything including conquerclub(the least of my worries),but the way the software work on here would you be able to tell if someone logged into my account via a different IP etc.These people could be caught.How would I contact the owner with regards to this.

Anyway I don't want all and suntry to know the in's and out of how my laptop got stolen.
I'd like to talk to the owner.

found it....on the e-ticket page, you can either submit an e-ticket, or it instructs you to email general@conquerclub.com

considering you would have to loose access(and knowledge) of your account, accountname, accountpassword, emailaccount, email account name, email account password. well you are royally screwed.
then you have to create a new email account, and mail general@conquerclub.com
but since you know jack about your account you are most likely just screwed..

I would just say that if your laptop was stolen with your pw, i'd change my PW.. its that simple
i'd do it with my email to obviously, but if everything is stolen and you dont know it anymore. (note it was stolen and you had no access to CC, so that means you also lost your emailaccess for passwordretrieval ect ect)

Now that would be awesome, wouldn't it. I guess they'd have to also be a gameplaying geek like us for it to work, but still...if they created another account rather than using yours, and you were busted for multi...then you might just be able to trace your laptop.

i do assume that you would have changed your pw by then, so they would not be able to enter at all..

aside from that, and though i cannot speak for CC management, i do think this is a police matter, who can request these data directly from the server. i am not sure that cc has any bussiness tracking down IP's for individuals. Although you would state it is so you require their help and assistance in retrieveing property, don they infringe on the rights of another? how are they to know for sure your rights and the others dont clash? Anyways it would be a unique request so maybe they would help you.. i dunno

You can submit an e-ticket even if you are not a member of Conquer Club. Any e-mail address works, even if it is not affiliated with a Conquer Club account.

Thx for your help Andy.Thats the first sensible response since I posted.I know what to do next time now.Even tho I always used a hdd pw now so it won't happen again.
