How is it possible to be kicked out of a game when it's not your turn?

This guy "windigo man" just got kicked out of our game (Game 7329052), hours after his turn had ended ! And he got kicked out of another game the same second (Game 7362343) ! Never seen anything like that before is it because he was a multi? It said he got kicked out for violating the rules. But it didn't specify what rule!

he was kicked for violating the rules. So when he gets kicked, he gets kicked from all games at the same time. Unless he tells you why he got kicked, there is no public record of his punishments.
