i mean in a speed game, people can cash in like 1 second, just cashing not deploying, is it just a matter of clicking the right cards very fast or are there hotkeys if you have clickies

Clickable maps don't help a player to cash quickly - there are no hotkeys for cashing.

In freestyle escalating games when you're trying to hold onto a set as late as possible, you can just check all the cards you wish to cash but not submit them; just as Moldy described.

Then again, some people just have great reflexes and can select all three cards then click submit in one second (it obviously helps if the spoils are all the same colour or if you only have three of them anyway).
