dead beats in terminator games

right who gets the dead beats points in a terminator game. i just won a 6 player on world 2.0. the dead beat played 5 rounds. he got a bit abusive to 1 or 2 of the players, but apoligised the next day saying he was drunk. then he did not play again. at the end there was only 1 country that was neutral. so how come i do not get his points.game 187696. thats the game no. sorry it is not a link but have not mastered that one.

And I believe that it might be on lack's "To-do" list to change that. I've never had it happen personally to me but I could imagine that it would be very annoying. Go have a look in the suggestions forum.
